Were you able to play the video using iTunes? I would be sure that the process wasn't interrupted, as an incomplete file may cause the video to not play. I didn't know exactly which preset I was supposed to use. The movie is full screen so I clicked the iPod small screen 4:3 CRF 21 iTunes one....Also, I have a 2nd gen iPod touch if that helps. I'm not sure what all this "aspect ratio" stuff means. Maybe that's the problem. Any chance you know what I'm doing wrong?
