CLS0014 is equipped copper base and copper stacked fin array; the high density copper stacked fin array provides good fin efficiency and more surface area for heat dissipation. The pre-applied thermal grease is convenient for installation; the spring/screw with back plate design provides robust fixing with board during shipping. CLS0014 is a passive design for 1U rack mount server.
