QNAP Releases Qfile and Qmanager Offering Users Free Turbo NAS Remote Management and Monitoring Solutions

QNAP® Systems, Inc. today announced the release of the new Qfile and Qmanager mobile apps for iOS® and AndroidTM mobile devices, providing users with free Turbo NAS remote management and monitoring solutions.

Qfile gives users remote access to the Turbo NAS. It allows users to easily access, manage, and share files on the Turbo NAS and upload files directly from their mobile devices on the go.

Qmanager offers users a handy tool to monitor and manage the Turbo NAS remotely. It provides users information of system status and connection status. Furthermore, users can manage the download/backup tasks and easily turn on/off application services of the Turbo NAS anytime and anywhere.

“More and more people are using smartphones, however, due to the limited storage capacity on the phone, it is impossible to carry all the data users might need on the go,” said Ken Cheah, product manager of QNAP. “With Qfile and Qmanager, users can easily control and monitor the Turbo NAS, and enjoy convenient access to all their data and share files with friends and family,” Cheah added.

Availability
Qfile and Qmanager are now available on all QNAP Turbo NAS units installed with NAS firmware version 3.6 onward. For more information please visit: http://www.qnap.com/mobile.
