This subwoofer is massive compared to its little brother, measuring (H) 11.813″ x (W) 11.75″ x (D) 14.5″, it serves two purposes; first, obviously, a subwoofer, and the second, an ottoman. The connections between the two haven’t changed much, but there is the addition of a switch so the user can select from 5.1, 4.1 or 2 channel sound cards. Standard connections across the board, color coded so even I can hook them up.
Logitech spiced things up a little with their satellite speakers by aborting the standard black and going with a nice clean grey/silver look. The grills are removable to give you an option, I guess. Although, I would rather have removable grills then non removable grills, I don’t really see the point. All the speakers, except for the sub, have a base that is adjustable so they can be EASILY wall mounted (why would you wall mount a sub anyway?). In comparison to its smaller sibling where you would have to unscrew the base, turn it, then screw it back in; with these, simply turn the base and you can decorate your walls with speakers.
