Pairing the PlayStation Remote

Pairing a Bluetooth device in Windows 7 is rather easy.

• Enter the Control Panel by clicking Start and choosing Control Panel.
• Once in the Control Panel, Select Hardware and Sound, then Devices and Printers
  
  
• At the top, choose to Add a device
  
  
• Place your PS3 Remote Control in Pairing mode by holding down the Start Button and the Enter Button on the remote simultaneously for 6 seconds.
  
• You will know the device is in pairing mode when it shows up in the list of devices.  It will be represented under Select a device to add to this computer as BD Remote Control
  
• Select BD Remote Control and hit Next
• At the Select Pairing Code Screen that comes next, choose the option to Pair without using a code
  
  
• Once the process has completed successfuly, Windows 7 will prompt you.
