Assign HotKeys to Applications

If you examine our configuration file, you will notice that the PlayStation button has been assigned the values Ctrl + Shift + Alt + X.  This setup has been created to launch XBMC when that button is pressed.

  • Right Click on your XBMC shortcut and choose Properties
  • Move the mouse in the Shortcut Key: field and choose your shortcut key sequence to be assigned for the application by pressing the keys on the keyboard.

Finally, add a shortcut to PS3BluMote into your Startup Menu to have it launch automatically at startup!
